A graduate of The Cooper Union and Empire State College, Barbara Block received her Master of Fine Arts degree from C.W. Post College. Her work has been exhibited at the Heckscher Museum, Islip Art Museum, Hillwood Art Gallery, Guild Hall, Gallery North and the H. Lee Dennison Building, among others. She has been the subject of two one-person shows.

      Ms. Block has achieved a fine reputation as a sculptor, painter, jeweler and ceramicist.
